أولاً: شروط الحذف 

ألا يقل عدد الساعات الدراسية عن الحد الأدنى للعبء الدراسي المسموح به للتسجيل ولمدير الجامعة ومن يفوضه الاستثناء من ذلك. 

إذا كان المقرر المراد حذفه متطلباً متزامنا مع مقرر آخر، فلا يحق للطالب حذفه إلا بحذف المقررين معاً. 

ثانياً: شروط الإضافة 

عدم وجود تعارض في الجدول. 

أن يكون المقرر ضمن الخطة الدراسية أو المقررات الاختيارية أو الحرة المعتمدة إن وجدت. 

توفر مقاعد في الشعبة المطلوبة. 

عدم وجود متطلب سابق. 

عدم اضافة مقرر سبق اجتيازه. 

First: Terms of dropping courses:

The minimum hours of study should not be less than the academic load allowed for registration. The rector has the right to make exceptions.

If the course to be dropped is a prerequisite course with another course, the student has no right to drop unless both courses are dropped together.

Second: Terms for adding courses

There should be no class clash in the timetable.

The course must be within the study plan or approved elective or free courses.

There should be a vacancy in the group a student wishes to join.

الفصل من الجامعة :

إذا حصل الطالب على ثلاثة إنذارات متتالية فأكثر نتيجة لانخفاض معدله التراكمي عن المعدل المطلوب 2-5للتخرج في كليته وفقاً للقاعدة التنفيذية للمادة (20) من لائحة الدراسة والاختبارات للمرحلة الجامعية. 

إذا لم يتمكن الطالب من التخرج في مدة أقصاها نصف المدة المقررة لتخرجه علاوة على مدة البرنامج. 

إذا أخل الطالب بأنظمة الجامعة ولوائحها. 

منح الفرصة الرابعة: 

يجوز للطالب المفصول أكاديمياً بسبب حصوله على ثلاثة إنذارات أو أكثر بطلب الكلية للحصول فرصة الطالب. 

Dismissal from the university :

If a student receives three consecutive warnings or more as a result of having a GPA below the required one  2 out of 5 for graduation in his college according to the executive rule, Article ( 20 ).

If a student is unable to graduate within a maximum period of half the period set for his graduation in addition to the duration of the program.

يجوز للطالب التقدم بطلب تأجيل الدراسة قبل نهاية الأسبوع الأول من بدء الدراسة عبر البوابة الإلكترونية على ألا تتجاوز مدة التأجيل فصلين دراسيين متتاليين أو ثلاثة فصول دراسية غير متتالية (أما طلاب الكليات التي تطبق نظام السنة فلا يجوز التأجيل لسنتين متتاليتين كما لا يجوز أن تتجاوز مدة التأجيل سنتين غير متتاليتين) كحد أقصى طيلة بقائه في الجامعة ثم يطوى قيده بعد ذلك، ويجوز لمجلس الجامعة في حالة الضرورة الاستثناء من ذلك ولا تحتسب مدة التأجيل ضمن المدة اللازمة لإنهاء متطلبات التخرج.  

A student may submit a request to defer a study before the end of the first week of study through the electronic portal. Deferment should not exceed two consecutive semesters or three non-consecutive semesters - for students of colleges that apply the annual system, it is not permissible to defer for two consecutive years, or more than two non-consecutive years - during the student study period. The University Council may, in case of necessity, make exceptions from that.

يجوز للطالب الاعتذار عن الاستمرار في دراسة مقرر دراسي ويرصد له تقدير (ع) دون أن يعدّ راسباً وفقاً للضوابط الآتية: 

- لطالب النظام الفصلي الاعتذار عن مقرر دراسي كحد أقصى في الفصل الدراسي أو الصيفي الواحد، على أن يقدم الطلب ضمن الفترة المتاحة في التقويم الأكاديمي، وأسبوعين للفصل الصيفي. 

- لطالب النظام السنوي الاعتذار عن مقررين دراسيين كحد أقصى في السنة الدراسية الواحدة، على أن يُقدم الطلب ضمن الفترة المتاحة حسب التقويم الأكاديمي. 

- ألا يزيد عدد المقررات المعتذر عنها عن اربع مقررات دراسية طيلة بقاء الطالب في الجامعة. 

A student may drop a course, and a grade (P) will be given to him without being considered a failure in accordance with the following controls:

- A student of the semester system may drop from a course once in one semester or summer semester, provided that the application is submitted within the allowed period in the academic calendar, and two weeks for the summer semester.

- A student of the annual system may drop a maximum of two academic courses in one academic year, provided that the application is submitted within the allowed period according to the academic calendar.
