طباعة البطاقات الجامعية للطلبة (مستجد _ بدل فاقد) لمساعدة الطلبة الدخول للحرم الجامعي وقاعة الامتحانات 

1- تمنح مرتبة الشرف الأولى للطالب الحاصل على معدل تراكمي من (4.75) إلى (5.00) من (5.00) أو من (3.75) إلى (4.00) من (4.00) عند التخرج. 

2- تمنح مرتبة الشرف الثانية للطالب الحاصل على معدل تراكمي من (4.25) إلى أقل من (4.75) من (5.00) أو من (3.25) إلى أقل من (3.75) من (4.00) عند التخرج. 

شروط الحصول على مرتبة الشرف الأولى أو الثانية ما يلي: 

‌1- ألا يكون الطالب قد رسب في أي مقرر درسه في الجامعة أو في جامعة أخرى. 

1- First honor degree is awarded to the student who achieves a cumulative GPA from 4.75 to 5.00 out of 5.00 or from 3.75 to 4.00 out of 4.00 upon graduation.

2- Second honor degree is awarded to the student who achieves a cumulative GPA from 4.25 to less than 4.75 out of 5.00 or from 3.25 to less than 3.75 out of 4.00 upon graduation.

Eligibility for first or second honor degree are as follows:

1- The student should not have failed any course at the university or any other universities.

تعديل الاسم باللغة العربية :

1- إحضار الهوية الوطنية وصورة منها 

2- إحضار وثيقة التخرج الأصلية المطلوب تعديلها 

3- إحضار مشهد مصدق من الأحوال المدنية في حال تعديل الاسم في الهوية الوطنية 

4- تعبئة النموذج المخصص بقسم الخريجين ودفع الرسوم المحددة 

5- بعد اكتمال الشروط المحددة يتم طباعة الوثيقة 

تعديل الاسم باللغة الانجليزية :

Modifying the name in Arabic:

submit your national ID and a copy of it.

submit the original graduation document that needs modification.

Fill out the form at the graduates' department and pay the specified fees.

Once all the specified requirements are fulfilled, the document will be printed.

Modifying the name in English:

Submit your passport or a copy of it.

Submit the original graduation document that needs modification.

إصدار بدل فاقد لوثيقة التخرج :

1- إحضار صورة من الوثيقة إن وجد 

2- إحضار صورة من الهوية الوطنية 

3- تعبئة النموذج المخصص بقسم الخريجين ودفع الرسوم المحددة  

4- بعد اكتمال الشروط المحددة يتم طباعة الوثيقة 

إصدار وثيقة تخرج بدل فاقد لخريجي المعهد الصحي والكلية الصحية والعلوم وخريجات كليات التربية بعد انتقالها لجامعة المجمعة عام 1430هـ  

إجراءات طلب بدل فاقد للوثيقة :

Issuance of a Replacement for a Lost Graduation Certificate:

1. A copy of the diploma, if available.

2. A copy of your national ID.

3. Fill out the at the graduates' department and pay the specified fees.

4. Once the specified requirements are met, the document will be printed.

Issuance of a replacement graduation certificate for graduates of the Health Institute, Health College, Sciences, and Education College graduates after their transfer to Majmaah University in the year 1430 AH.

1- يقوم الطالب الخريج بالتأكد من عدم وجود عهد أو سلف وإخلاء طرفه ، وذلك عن طريق بوابة النظام الاكاديمي قبل إعلان الجدول الزمني لتوزيع الوثائق . 

2- إحضار صوره مصدقة من شهادة الامتياز لكليات الطب، طب الأسنان، العلوم الطبية التطبيقية والكليات الصحية. 

3- يتم تسليم الوثيقة بحضور الطالب شخصيا مع إبراز المستندات الثبوتية. وفي حالة عدم تمكن الطالب من الحضور لاستلام وثيقة التخرج يطلب تفويض موقع من الطالب ومعتمد من جهة رسمية . 

1- The graduate should ensure that there are no outstanding debts or obligations and should obtain a clearance by accessing the Academic System Portal before the announcement of the schedule for document distribution.

2- For graduates of medical colleges, dentistry, applied medical sciences, and health colleges, a certified copy of internship certificate should be provided.
