The Academic Affairs Department is responsible of overseeing the procedures related to academic affairs for gradate students.

يشرف قسم شؤون الخريجين على مراجعة وتوثيق إنهاء متطلبات الحصول على الدرجة العلمية لطلاب الدراسات العليا، وإعداد مذكرة بأسمائهم تمهيداً لرفعها من قبل العمادة لمجلس الجامعة لنيل الدرجة، ويعمل القسم بشكل متكامل مع قسم الشؤون الطلابية لتخريج الطلاب.

The Alumni Affairs Department is responsible of reviewing and documenting that the requirements of earning the degree for graduate studies are completed. It also prepares a memo of graduate students’ names before being submitted to the university board to earn the degree.

يتركز عمل قسم القبول والتسجيل في تنظيم عملية التقديم والقبول لطلاب برامج الدراسات العليا بالجامعة، ويعمل القسم على استقبال الطلبات المقدمة للبرامج الاعتيادية والتي تبدأ الدراسة بها مع بداية الفصل الأول من كل عام دراسي أو منتصف العام الجامعي.

The Department of Admission and Registration is responsible of regulating the process of applying and admission for graduate students. The department also receives applications submitted for regular programs which commence at the beginning or mid semester of each academic year.

يشرف قسم البرامج الدراسية على التوصيف الكامل للبرامج الدراسية، وتعمل بالتنسيق مع اللجنة الدائمة للبرامج على عمليات إقرار البرامج المستحدثة، وتعديل البرامج الحالية، ومتابعة تطبيق الإجراءات التفصيلية للائحة الموحدة للدراسات العليا على البرامج الدراسية.

The Study Program Department is responsible of study program description and collaborate with the programs standing committee to approve new programs, change current programs and follow-up the implementation of unified regulation of graduate studies for study programs.

يعتبر قسم الشؤون الطلابية من الأقسام الرئيسية في العمادة، حيث تعمل على تسهيل وتنفيذ جميع الإجراءات الأكاديمية لطلبة الدراسات العليا والتي تتضمن تسجيل المقررات الدراسية وعمليات الحذف والتأجيل والاعتذار ،وكذلك معالجة المشكلات الطلابية وعرضها على الوكيل لحلها واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لها حسب اللائحة الموحدة للدراسات العليا ولوائحها التنفيذية بجامعة المجمعة .

The Student Affairs Department - one of the main departments in the Deanship - facilitates and implements all academic procedures for postgraduate students which include registration add, defer, and withdraw from courses.

It also addresses student problems and solve them with the assistance of the vice-dean in accordance with the unified regulations for postgraduate studies of Majmaah University.
