تعريف بالنظام:
تعد مؤشرات الأداء مقياس لنجاح المنظمات في تحقيق أهدافها الكبرى، الأمر الذي ينعكس على دعم جهود هذه المنظمات في الوفاء بالتزاماتها تجاه المستفيدين، حيث توفر المؤشرات للمنظمة قدرة على فهم العمليات التي يلزم تنفيذها، والتأكد من أن القرارات مبنية على الحقائق والمعلومات والأرقام، وتحديد طرق التطوير اللازمة لتجويد العمل، فهي باختصار تحقق للمنظمة القدرة على مراقبة الأداء أولاً بأول، من أجل ضبطه.

About the System:
Performance indicators are used for measuring the success of any organization in achieving their major goals. That usually helps these organizations in serving beneficiaries in the best possible way. These indicators allow organizations to understand the processes that need to be implemented, and to ensure that decisions are based on facts, information and figures as well as identifying ways to improve work. In a nutshell, it enables organizations to monitor performance regularly.

System of Kingdom's Vision 2030
About the System:
In line with the university’s policy to interact with the Kingdom’s vision 2030 by introducing its goals and the programs that serve the vision, MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren has directed to develop an interactive system to promote the culture of the vision.
The vision realization office at MU, supported by the General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs, PMO, Deanship of IT, the General Administration for Operational and Maintenance and the General Administration for University has developed and promoted this system.
وحدة الشؤون العلمية
إن من أولويات وحدة التعيينات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرين والمعيدين والترقيات العلمية الاهتمام بمتابعة المعاملات ذات الصلة بداية من تقديم الطلب وحتى اعتماده، فالوحدة تقوم بدور التنسيق بين الأقسام العلمية ووكالة الجامعة للدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي فيما يخص التعيينات والترقيات العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم.
Scientific Affairs Unit
One of the priorities of the Appointments Unit for faculty members, lecturers, teaching assistants, and scientific promotions is to follow-up the application process from the submission of the application until its approval.
The unit plays a role of coordinating between the scientific departments and the Vice-Rector’s Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research regarding appointments and scientific promotions for faculty members and the like.
