To manage effectively MU archives and records based on local archiving procedures and international standards; to retrieve data instantly when needed; to meet information needs for administrative units at the university; and encourage compliance with the policies, systems and instructions.

About the Center:

Based on the Royal Decree No. (M / 55) on 23 Shawwal 1409 AH to establish the National Center for Archives & Records, the university attempted to activate the role of the Archives and Records Center within the terms of reference set by the university organizational structure. Specialized committees were formed to play that role such as the permanent committee for archives and records and sub-committees (archives and records preparation and archives disposing). Message from the Director

As time goes by and with the increasing number of activities, the volume of archives created by a government body increases enormously without having a specialized administrative unit that can manage and retain them. Given the fact that these archives could be subject to physical damage or loss, and the act or retrieval might be an impossible undertaking, there was a dire need to have a body that manage, collect, retain and retrieve the government archives and records. Thus, the National Center for Archives & Records was established by Royal Decree No.

Academic System Portal

The univeisrty academic system portal was designed to allow students to track their academic study record. All students can access the system using their univeristy ID as a Username and the ID number as a password ( Password can be changed later).
The ASP features most the academic services that students may need, including:
- Register courses
- Defer or withdraw from a semester
- Withdraw from a course
- Change a major
- Study at another university

Supervisor of Female Campus

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative and organizational relationships with the dean, vice-deans and head of departments at the college.
- Supervise the female campus’ needs, particularly those related to education, research, administration and finance.
- Supervise the maintenance of the college’s movable and immovable properties.
- Follow-up and implement the college’s council decisions
- Supervise the improvement of workplace at female campus, both administratively and academically

- Answer phone calls
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Write letters and follow-up incoming and outgoing correspondences
