Following the Royal Decree No. (M/54) dated 23 Shawwal 1409 AH, MU established the Archives and Records Center to carry out its role according to the competencies specified by the university’s organizational structure, through specialized committees such as the Permanent Committee for Archives and Records and the subcommittees such as the Archives and Records Preparation Committee and the Documents Destruction Committee. يعمل مركز الوثائق والمحفوظات بجامعة المجمعة على تنظيم وإدارة وثائق الجامعة وحفظها، وفق اللوائح الوطنية والمعايير الحديثة، من خلال: 

• تطبيق التصنيف الموحد للوثائق. 
• ⁠الإشراف على الحفظ والترحيل والإتلاف. 
• ⁠نشر الوعي الوثائقي والتدريب. 
• ⁠حفظ الذاكرة المؤسسية وضمان الوصول السريع للمعلومة.

The Administration performs both administrative and technical tasks and reports directly to the Vice Rector for Development and Investment. It consists of a director, an assistant director, and administrative staff, each with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Its main focus is to provide colleges with their needs for educational tools, furniture, and learning supplies.

إدارة عامة تؤدي وظائف إدارية وفنية وترتبط مباشرة بوكالة الجامعة للتنمية والاستثمار، وتتكون من ( مدير ، ومساعد مدير ، وموظفين إداريين ) وتستند لكل منهم مهام وأعمال محددة ، ويتمحور عمل الإدارة في تأمين احتياجات الكليات من وسائل تعليمية والأثاث والمستلزمات التعليمية .

• Attract high-achieving high school graduates.
• Educate students about academic regulations and examination policies.
• Maintain and regularly update academic records.
• Provide digital platforms for students to manage their academic matters anytime, anywhere.
• Ensure timely disbursement of student allowances and resolve any related issues.
• Facilitate smooth and timely graduation procedures as per the academic calendar.

•  الحرص على استقطاب أفضل الطلاب إلى الجامعة منخريجي المرحلة الثانوية.

•  بــذل الجهــد في توعيــة الطالــب باللوائــح وأنظمــة الدراســة والاختبــارات مــن خــلال الوســائل المختلفــة داخــل

الجامعــة وخارجهــا.

First: Rehabilitation and Prosthetic Services
The center provides a wide range of specialized services and equipment to support patients, people with disabilities, and the elderly, including:

Prosthetics: Full provision of prosthetic limbs, their components, spare parts, and maintenance.

Seating Systems: Custom-designed systems for patients, the disabled, and elderly, including parts and maintenance.

Wheelchairs: Manual and electric wheelchairs for all age groups, including standing wheelchairs, with parts and maintenance.

• الأطراف والبدائل الاصطناعية والأجهزة التعويضية مع توفير موادها ومكوناتها وقطع غيارها وصيانتها.

• منظومات الإجلاس المخصص للمرضى ولشديدي الإعاقة والمسنين مع توفير موادها ومكوناتها وقطع غيارها وصيانتها.

• جميع أنواع الكراسي المتحركة لجميع الأعمار ، بما فيها الكراسي التي تعمل بالكهرباء وكذلك التي تمكن المريض من الوقوف مع توفير موادها ومكوناتها وقطع غيارها وصيانتها.

• المعدات والأجهزة والأدوات اللازمة للرعاية المنزلية للمرضى والمعوقين والمسنين مع توفير موادها ومكوناتها وقطع غيارها وصيانتها.
