Relations and Documentation Unit

Relations and Documentation Unit General Objective: To set the procedures of the transactions issued by the office of the Rector, to implement the necessary procedures for them and to preserve and archive them electronically for future reference.

Tasks:

1. Export all transactions issued by the office of the Rector.

2- Sorting the transactions and ensure they are correct, complete, and indexed.

3 – Record all transactions outgoing section and arranging them according to an approved index.

To monitor the incoming transactions delivered to the Rector’s Office, implement the necessary procedures, and archive them electronically as required by every case.

Tasks:

1- Responding and receiving all incoming transactions delivered to the Rector’s Office.

2-Sorting the transactions and ensuring that they are completed, properly forwarded and classified.

3- Keeping all transactions in the inbox along with organizing them based on an adopted index.

General Goal: To follow up all directives, orders, circulars, transactions and decisions issued by the office of His Excellency the Rector to ensure its implementation and provide feedback regarding the assigned duties of the office. Tasks:

 

1- To set up and adopt appropriate mechanisms of the following-up.
