The Minister of Higher Education (as President) 2. The University Rector (as Vice-President) 3. The University Vice-Rectors 4. The General Secretary of the Higher Education Council 5. Deans. 6.

يتكون مجلس الجامعة بناء على المادة التاسعة عشر من  نظام مجلس التعليم العالي والجامعات الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي الكريم رقم ( م/8 ) وتاريخ 4/6/1414هـ. والتي تنص على ما يلي:يتألف مجلس الجامعة على الوجه الآتي :  1- وزير التعليم العالي (رئيساً للمجلس) 2- مدير الجامعة (نائباً للرئيس) 3- وكلاء الجامعة 4- أمين عام مجلس التعليم العالي.5- العمداء.6- ثلاثة من ذوي الخبرة يعينهم وزير التعليم العالي لمدة ثلاث سنوات.
