• Coordination with Students’ Affairs Deanship regarding participation in different students’ activities.
•      Organizing leisure and scientific trips for all students, teaching staff and administrators.
•      Nominate students and faculty staff to take part in different cultural and scientific activities inside and outside university.
•     Promote and organize cultural and social activities in the deanship.

Activities are considered one of the most important components for the curriculum on the whole and so the Preparatory Year Deanship represented with the committee of students’ activities, which was established by a wise decision from the dean of the Preparatory Year Dr. Waleed Al Bisher. This committee aims at achieving a comprehensive concept for physical education through assigning different sound and well-planned programs to develop the functional competency of the body organs and acquire health and sport knowledge.

The Academic Advising Unit

Introduction

Training is the foundation of  development of academic institutions. Therefore, training unit recognized the importance of human resources and intended to hold training sessions and also to highly benefit from training sessions held in the other universities because we really believe in the importance of tackling with the three aspects of learner: academic aspect, technical aspect and mental aspect.

Vision

Vision: the Unit aims to become an educational environment supporting educational progress through highly qualified and professional cadres using various educational means and activities. This goal relies on distributing responsibilities among all members in order to cope with the latest developments in education. Mission: the Unit is committed to the following: A- Providing equal opportunities for the faculty and staff members so as to attract the required skills necessary for the development of the students and the Deanship.

Quality Unit One of the crucial tasks of the unit at the Preparatory Year Deanship is to enhance the provided learning experience through using the current potentials and the participation of all experienced faculty members. It also concerns with developing the academic performance and qualifications of students before enrolling into the colleges of Majma'ah University; in accordance with the set criteria of quality and academic accreditation.
