The Responsibilities
- Proposing mechanisms and suggestions to professionally develop the university staff member, i.e. workshops-training courses- specialized seminars.
- Supporting the process of –self-improvement concerned with the staff member.
- Preparing the plans necessary for the evaluation of the academic courses in association with the concerned departments in the light of general attitude of the University, quality requirements, and the needs of labor market.
Registration and Student Services Unit
The responsibilities of the Unit:- Performance the registration duties of the colleges and the unit. - Implementing the students services in the college which is also available in the deanship of admission and registration such as medical transfer, reduction of flight fee - Supervising the programs of welcoming the newly admitted students and preparing the orientation programs. - Receiving the transfer requests from department to department and from college to college and completing the necessary procedures according to the organizing regulations.
Graduate Unit
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and studying the conditions of the graduates.
- Establishing a database for graduates and regularly update them.
- Establishing a database of the institutions concerned with the graduates and labor market.
- Partcipating in preparing highly qualified graduates.
- Being in contact with the graduates and surveying their opinion and spread the culture of self-marketing among them.
- Encourging the college graduates to participate effectively in the activities and the events of the college.
