The Audit Administration is administratively and organizationally linked to His Excellency the Rector.

 The objectives of the audit administration is unified for all internal audit units in government sector and was defined in the second article of the decree issued by the council of minister No. 129 on 6/4/1428 as follow:
 1. Protecting the public property and reducing the occurrence of fraud and errors.
 2. Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and accounting records.
 3. Ensuring the effectiveness of all administrative and financial processes in a way that utilizes optimally the avail able resources.

Message

Praise is to Allah and Mohammad (peace be upon him) is his messenger. Majmaah University is proud to be among the early universities and government agencies in Saudi Arabia that established the internal audit administration in accordance with the council of minister decree no. 235, on 20/8/1425 which stipulates in the 2nd article the establishment of internal control units in every sector that is subsumed under the General Audit Bureau. The direct reference for the director of this unit is highest authority of that sector.

في عام 1435 هـ اصدر قرار معالي مدير الجامعة رقم 649 بتاريخ 12/10/ 1434هـ بفصل الإدارة العامة للتشغيل والصيانة من الإدارة العامة للمشروعات والشؤون الفنية لتكون إدارة مستقله تحت مسمي الإدارة العامة للتشغيل والصيانة تابعة لوكالة الجامعة ويكمن دورها في المحافظة على منشأة ومرافق الجامعة في حالة سليمة وأمنة وتهيئة البيئة المناسبة لقطاعات الجامعة المختلفة للقيام بالأدوار الموكلة لها على أكمل وجه

  تعتبر الإدارة العامة للتشغيل والصيانة من الإدارات المنضوية تحت لواء وكالة الجامعة ولها دور ريادي في ضمان سير أعمال التشغيل والصيانة لجميع مرافق ومباني الجامعة، للمحافظة على هذه المباني لأداء عملها بما يوفر بيئة تعليمية ومحيط عمل يرتقي لتطلعات الطلاب والمنسوبين على حد سواء، ولا يقتصر دور الإدارة العامة للتشغيل والصيانة على مجرد القيام بأعمال التشغيل والصيانة الروتينية فقط، بل تشمل أعمال التطوير والتحسين والمشاركة في إعداد دراسات ومقترحات تصب في مصلحة ونمو وازدهار هذا الصرح الجامعي ​.
