Our vision: Looking forward to the various units in the Department of Services, to be a role model that provides high standard services to all male and female university employees and students..


Our mission: working as teamwork in all the units of the Department of Services to provide best services easily to all concerned people, male and female university employees and students, developing the skills and efficiency of our staff.

Introduction

 

Department of Services was established in the university along with the foundation of the university and it has been connected to His Excellency, the General Supervisor of the Financial and Administrative Affairs. I have been assigned to work at this Department upon a Decree by His Excellency the Rector, No. 5/2/200511 dated 02/07/1431 H. It is correlated with The Department of Services includes the following 

units:  .
-Transport
-Movement
-Administrative Communications

Functions of Department

 

- Follow-up entries and exits of the university and make sure of issuing visiting identity cards if necessary.

- Regulate traffic, parking, and find individuals to cover events like mobile clinics and other functions.
-  Manage all acts of security matters related to protection with the help of the specialists in this field.

-  Issue entry permits for the university buildings to individuals or vehicles; and prepare permits for entry and exit of materials.
- Provide guardianships for all university buildings and installations and maintain them.

Our vision is to excel in providing Security and Safety Services for all university employees and visitors, and to show humanity in a positive treatment that reflects the high standard of this educational edifice.

Our Mission is to exert efforts to raise the level of Security and Safety organizing traffic more effectively, and arrange security guards in such a serious but smooth way where mutual trust between the people of the university community and among the individuals in the fieldwork feels themselves safe without being hindered in their activities.
