- تطوير برامج خدمة المجتمع في ضوء احتياجات المجتمع.

- تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية مع المؤسسات الغير الربحية والقطاعين الحكومي والخاص.

- تعزيز ثقافة خدمة المجتمع لدى الطلبة ومنسوبي الجامعة.

- الإسهام في الحفاظ على التراث الثقافي والحضاري للمجتمع.

- دمج القضايا المجتمعية في المشاريع البحثية.

- تحسين كفاءة منسوبي الجامعة.

- رصد جميع الفعاليات والمؤتمرات والندوات التي تختص بخدمة المجتمع وانتقاء الأهم منها وإبرازه بهدف التشجيع على المشاركة فيها.

Community Service Department is responsible for:

- Developing community service programs based on the community needs.

- Activating community partnership with non-profit organizations and the public and private sectors.

- Promoting the culture of community service among students and university employees.

- Preserving the cultural and civilizational heritage of the community.

- Integrating community issues into research projects.

- Improving the efficiency of university employees.

تعني إدارة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بـ :

- العمل على تطوير برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية داخل الجامعة من خلال اقتراح المبادرات التطويرية المبنية على الرصد والمتابعة لهذا الجانب في الداخل والخارج بالتكامل مع جهات الجامعة وفق رؤيتها الاستراتيجية.

- رصد أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تنفذها الجامعة من أجل إخضاعها للتقييم وفق معايير محددة بهدف تطويرها.

- توثيق التجارب الناجحة وأفضل الممارسات في المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مختلف المجالات وذلك بهدف الاستفادة منها.

Social Responsibility Department is responsible for:

- Developing social responsibility programs by proposing development initiatives based on observing and following up in integration with the university's departments and in line with its strategic vision.

- Observing the social responsibility activities implemented by the university for evaluation purposes according to specific standards.

- Documenting successful experiences and best practices in social responsibility in various fields.

تعني هذه الإدارة بمتابعة شؤون المرصد في التطوير المهني المستمر من خلال :

- مساعدة الممارسين الصحيين وتوفير دورات تدريبية وورش عمل إسهاماً في التعليم الطبي المستمر.

- اعتماد أعلى معايير الجودة بهدف تنمية الكفاءات المهنية وتوفير حلول فعالة للمنظمات ورأس المال البشري.

- الحفاظ على كيان يركز على المتدرب المستهدف بترسيخ وتقوية ثقافة الشراكة بيننا وبين المتدربين للوصول لأعلى درجات التميز.

- توظيف مدربين واستشاريين معتمدين وذوي خبرة وتقييمهم وفقا لمعايير دقيقة للكفاءات والسلوكيات، فضلا عن التحقق من قدرتهم الفكرية. 

This department is responsible for supervising the affairs of the observatory about the continuous professional development by:

- Assisting health practitioners with training courses and workshops to contribute to continuing medical education.

- Using the highest quality standards to develop professional competencies and provide effective solutions for organizations and human capital.

- Maintaining the focus on trainees to reach the highest levels of excellence.
