خصائص خريجي البرنامج

1/ معرفة مفاهيم وأهداف ومبادئ ووظائف الإدارة المالية وإدارة الموارد البشرية واهتماماتها ومجالاتها الرئيسة.

2/ المعرفة الشاملة وبشكل متكامل ومنظـّم بالنظريات المتعلقة بالإدارة المالية وإدارة الموارد البشرية والعلوم الأخرى المرتبطة بها وبتطبيقاتها المختلفة

3/ الإلمام بأحدث التطورات، والوعي بأهم الأبحاث الحديثة في الإدارة المالية وإدارة الموارد البشرية والعلوم الأخرى المرتبطة بهما.

4/ الإلمام بأخلاقيات العمل المهنية التي تحكم أداء إدارة الموارد البشرية والمالية في مجالات العمل اليومي.

Characteristics of the graduates

1/ Knowledge of the concepts, objectives, principles, functions of financial management and human resources management including their main fields.

2/ Comprehensive, integrated and organized knowledge of the theories related to financial management, human resources management and other related sciences and their various applications

3/ Familiarity with the latest developments, and awareness of the most important modern research in financial management, human resources management and other related sciences.
