مركز البيانات
يحتوي مركز البيانات على العديد من المعدات والأجهزة والخوادم ومزودات الطاقة الأساسية والاحتياطية وأيضا مجهز بالتجهيزات الخاصة به من مستشعرات لتحديد درجة الحرارة وأجهزة إطفاء الحرائق وتنظيم للكهرباء ومواصفات أمنية عالية للحفاظ على ديمومة عمل الخوادم والحفاظ على تقديم الخدمات لمنسوبي الجامعة على مدار الساعة.
أبرز مهام قسم مركز البيانات:
Department of Data Center
The Data Center contains equipment, devices, servers as well as primary and backup power supplies including sensors to determine temperature, fire extinguishers, electrical regulation, and high-security specifications to maintain the servers’ operation around the clock.
Major tasks of the Data Center Department:
1. Set the necessary operational plans to monitor the data center 24 hours a day.
2. Follow up on the maintenance of data center equipment in cooperation with specialized companies.
3. Document devices and servers located in the center.
قسم الاتصال الصوتي والمرئي
قسم الاتصال الصوتي والمرئي
يعنى بتوفير أحدث وسائل بث الاتصال في مجالي الصوت والصورة، والفاكس الإلكتروني. وذلك لربط جهات الجامعة المختلفة مع بعضها. كما تحرص العمادة على مواكبة التطورات التقنية، التي اتاحت بعُداً جديداً من ابعاد التعليم التفاعلي لتعدد فوائدها العامة والتعليمية وتحسين الاتصال بين عناصر المنظومة التعليمية. وذلك من خلال استخدام أجهزة (الفديو كونفرنس).
أبرز مهام قسم الاتصال الصوتي والمرئي:
Department of Audio and Video Conference
This department is responsible for providing state-of-the-art means of audio and video broadcasting communication as well as electronic fax.
The department is very keen to connect all university departments as well as improve the means of communication using video conferencing devices.
Major tasks of the Audio and Video Conference Department:
1. Follow-up beneficiaries' requests.
2. Deal with requests for telephone and electronic fax.
3. Deal with requests for video conference to broadcast events

قسم الشبكات
يعني قسم الشبكات بوضع المواصفات الفنية لشبكة الجامعة بما يتوافق مع المواصفات القياسية العالمية. وتركيب نقاط الشبكة بمختلف الفروع حسب حاجة الموقع وعند الطلب، وكذلك مراقبة الشبكة ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة بجميع الفروع لحلها في أسرع وقت ممكن
