Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Spreading the awareness of e-learning at the college for the general benefit from continuing education.

 

2- Offering the best management of e-learning at the college.

 

3- Preparation of college faculty members and students to deal with e-learning.

 

4- Holding training workshops on e-learning and its development at the college.

 

5- Providing technical support to students and faculty members.

 

Students Rights & Services Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Inform students to the objectives of direction and guidance, plans, program and services and build a productive professional relationships with students through newsletters.

 

2- Inform Students about the appropriate conditions that help students to achieve the care and solving individual and collective problems and take care of their abilities and interests and achieve their needs and achieve the appropriate growth for the next phase of their stage.

 

Alumni Affairs Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Analysis and study of the development of the college graduates.

 

2- Create a database of graduates and follow-up and regularly updated.

 

3- Create a database of institutions and companies related to the graduates and the labor market.

 

4. Contribute to the creation of graduates for the labor market to raise their efficiency and improve their skills.

 

Students Activities Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Preparation of plans for students activities and follow up of their implementation.

 

2- Preparation and regulation of the activities of student committees within the college.

 

3- College representation in public committees and student activities.

 

4- Held meetings with members of the Committee for the activation of student activities.

Measurement & Assessment Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Prepare measurement tools (scales, questionnaires, and note cards) necessary for the operations of the calendar.

2- Supervising the application of different measurement tools, for use in promoting the positive aspects, and to address the negative aspects, if any.

 

3- Analysis of the results of courses tests, and provide some statistical indicators of the quality of the test, such as reliability coefficients and the extent of the difficulty of the questions.

  

Training Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Preparing a study to determine the training needs.

 

2- Preparing training plans.

 

3- Preparing a timetable for training programs.

 

4- The preparation of an annual plan of all efforts and achievements of the Unit of Training and skills development.

 

Planning and Development Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Preparing and reviewing the strategic plan of the College.

 

2- Preparing and implementing the operational plan of the College.

 

3- Providing support and advice to departments and other units in the planning issues.

 

4- Monitoring the implementation of plans and correcting deviations, if any.

 

Academic Accreditation Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Suggesting the policies and criteria of obtaining academic accreditation and following up its implementation in line with the approved mechanism.

 

2- Preparing a comprehensive guidebook of academic accreditation and quality assurance at the college in line with the international and national experiences that can potentially result in securing and maintaining the academic accreditation along with application of quality benchmarks in the field.

 

Quality Assurance Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Supervision and follow-up of the implementation of quality assurance and accreditation project and to coordinate the efforts of the project's working groups.

 

2- Help all departments of the college, its units, and administration to activate the quality standards in performance, and complete the self-assessment operations, thereby contributing to the achievement of the academic accreditation for the college.

 

Community Service Unit

Tasks of the unit:

 

1- Monitor, regulate, and document the activities of community service and develop them.

 

2- Follow-up the documentation of activities (including consultations, therapeutic services, and lectures and so on)

 

3- Develop the college's participation in the activities and events of community service.

 

4- Contacting with the deanships and committees being responsible for the community service in order to conduct and execute the community programs of dental healthcare.
