College Administrative & financial affairs

It includes the following administrative units:


1. Staff/Faculty members affairs unit; which is responsible for the following tasks:
1) Taking care of staff/faculty members affairs and those who are in their rule, and following up their administrative issues with the specialized authorities
2) Coordinating with the deanship of faculty members affairs about all the recruitment related matters.
3) Coordinating the procedures of providing regular and compelling vacations for faculty members, lecturers and teaching assistants

الشؤون الإدارية و المالية بالكلية

 

  1. - رعاية شؤون أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم، ومتابعة شؤونهم الإدارية مع الجهات ذات الاختصاص.
  2. - التنسيق مع عمادة شئون أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول كافة الأمور المتعلقة بالتوظيف.
  3. - تنسيق اجراءات منح الإجازات العادية والاضطرارية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرين والمعيدين.

 

Administrative and Financial Affairs

Faculty members Affairs Unit

Attend faculty members’ affairs and the like, and follow-up their administrative affairs with the competent authorities.

         Coordinate with the Deanship of Faculty   Members Affairs on all matters related to employment.

Coordinate the process of granting regular and emergency leave to faculty members, lecturers and teaching assistants.
