مذكرات التفاهم المبدئية :
هي عبارة عن اتفاقيات مبدئية يوقعها عميد الكلية/مدير الإدارة مع مؤسسة الشراكة لعرضها بعد ذلك على اللجنة الاستشارية في إدارة التعاون الدولي واعتمادها وتوقيعها لاحقاً من سعادة رئيس الجامعة.

Preliminary Memoranda of Understanding:
They are preliminary agreements signed by the Dean of the College/Director of the Administration with partners. This is reviewed by the Advisory Committee in the International Cooperation Management for approval and then signed by MU rector.
Department of International Cooperation and Internal Agreements
Department tasks
Introducing the international cooperation programs available at the university level and ways to benefit from them and activate the university's membership in various international organizations.
Suggest mechanisms and procedures to follow up and activate the benefit from the aspects of cooperation mentioned in the terms of agreements and memorandums of understanding at the university level.
