In the presence of the director of the Administration and heads of departments, the fourth consultative meeting was held and addressed what have been accomplished in the third meeting as well as new topics.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing honored the following staff for doing well in tours and reports for the year 2021: -
1- Bandar Al-Duweesh.
2- Mansur Al-Harbi.
3- Abdul Rahman Al-Otaibi.
4- Majed Al-Haidan.
A partnership was held between MU and Quran Recitation, the director of Housing in Zulfi paid a visit to Quran recitation circles in the housing of faculty members in Zulfi. The aim of the visit is to inspect the progress of work and discuss the latest after the safe return to classes.
A meeting was held on Monday by the Performance Evaluation Committee of administrative departments in the General Administration of Facilities and Housing to carry out the the internal audit works in accordance with the performance of the year 1442-1443 AH.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing conducted a course for its staff entitled (The Art of Writing Letters).
The course was presented by the trainer / Ahmed Al-Amer, who highlighted the correct ways of formulating letters to improve the quality of work.
The General Administration for Facilities and Housing completed the installation of road signs inside and outside the university. This will allow the university visitors to find their way to colleges, deanships and departments easily.
At the request of MU rector and the follow-up of the vice-rector, the General Administration of Facilities and Housing began renovating the old playground and providing new gym facilities at the university housing.
In the presence of the director and heads of departments, the third consultative meeting was held on Wednesday to address multiple topics, including:
- Follow up on the recommendations of the previous minutes.
- Discussing the job performance charter.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing, represented by Department of Housing, warned residents about storing personal property outside residential units. The Administration thanked those who were cooperative.
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing in cooperation with the General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment inspected and replaced fire extinguishers at the housing of faculty members. This procedures was taken to ensure the safety of residents.
Under the supervision of the vice-rector and head of housing committee, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the General Administration for Facilities and Housing handed over residential units to applicants for the year 1443 AH.
In response to the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the rain prayer was performed at the university housing in Majmaah on Monday.
Intensive tours were made by a team from the General Administration of Facilities on all rooftops in all university buildings to ensure their safety.
A supervisor from the Facilities and Housing carried out a tour of inspection to the building of College of Dentistry in Zulfi. She commended the efforts exerted to maintain the building in a good condition.
The General Administration of Utilities and Housing participated in the campaign to confront violence against women, which is held under the slogan (16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence).
The General Administration of Facilities and Housing was thanked by the College of Education in Zulfi for its participation in the volunteer forum and associated exhibition on the world volunteer day.
The Administration participated in a forum and exhibition held on the World Volunteer Day under the patronage of the vice-rector.
