Responsibilities of Networks Administrator
1. Operating TV networks and video conference videos of lectures during the academic year.
2. Receiving network schedules from the departments and sharing them with the classroom supervisor.
3. Sharing the network remaining hours with the supervisors.
4. Supervising the commitment of supervisors to their network hours and regularly following them up.
5. Coordinating and following up with the TV network hours to start and end classes during the academic year.
6. Communicating with faculty members and department heads who have network hours in case of problems.
7. Following up classes with faculty members in studios and classrooms.
8. Preparing an annual report of the TV Network Unit to the Dean of the College.
9. Communicating with faculty members and supervisors in case of having problems with time or classroom.
