Public Relations and Media Department

Tasks:

- Receiving visitors from various departments and administrations.

- Issuing travel tickets for the Deanship's contracted staff and visitors

- Organizing parties, events, and social events.

- Acting as an intermediary between all departments and administrations.

- Arranging transportation trips for departments, administrations, and visitors.

- Cooperating with other departments and administrations if requested.

- Preparing news and media contents for publication in newspapers and magazines.

- Following-up and documenting news published about the Deanship.

- Preparing scientific material for radio or television programs about the deanship

- Following up, printing, and publishing brochures and other types of publications related to the academic programs offered by the Deanship.

- Communicating with journalists and media professionals in and outside the Kingdom.

- Issuing a periodical magazine highlighting the internal and external university activities.

- Preparing and coordinating public lectures and seminars approved by the Deanship and supervising their execution.

- Responding to rumors and false news that may be published about the Deanship.

- Preparing a daily press file about the university and present it to the Dean of Student Affairs.

- Creating a directory of phone numbers and email addresses for Deanship employees.

- Providing all the required support for organizing conferences and seminars in the Deanship, including official sponsorships, support, theaters, flowers, gifts and shields, distributing invitation cards, and posters for all attendees

- Establishing a friendly relationship with the community.

- The public relations staff is the official spokesperson for the Deanship.

- Developing a specific communications strategy.
