General Objective

Do all types of work concerning editing the letters the Rector instructs and respond to transactions, letters of thanks, congratulations, invitations….etc.  Print and save them according to an organized and electronic indexed for easy automatic restoration.

Tasks

- Editing  all correspondences and letters the Rector's Office needs.
- Prepare responses to the incoming letters of congratulations and  invitations.
- Revise the incoming letters to ascertain their editorial integrity, linguistic and printing.
- Print and copy whatever the Rector's Office needs of correspondences, preserve and classify them for reference when needed.
