College of Business Administration at the University of Majmaah held a training session entitled (Skills of Administrative Contracts Management) on Tuesday, 20/01/1434 H, from eight in the morning until one o'clock at noon. The session was delivered by Dr. Atef Al Shahawy and Dr. Mohamed Fouda at the hall of the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development . Therefore, the objectives of this session included the following: kinds of administrative contracts, the criteria to distinguish them, and the most important terms of administrative contracts as well as the conditions of signing the administrative contracts, in addition to the biddings and outbidding and one of its goals is jurisdiction for the disputes regarding the administrative contracts and the arbitration of disputes among administrative contracts . It worth mentioning that this session is part of the training sessions for graduates students of the Department of Law of the first semester of the academic year 1433 H-1434 H at the College of Business Administration
