Department Of Law Holds A Training Session Entitled Ways Of Proof In The Saudi Regime

In light of the directives of his Excellency the Rector of the University and his interest in the developmental programs at the university colleges, and as a complement of the legal feedback implemented by the Department of Law at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Majmaah for students of the Department of Law, and their rehabilitation to join the labor market when they are ready and fully aware of their field by holding many of training sessions ; the legal and human rights ones, within the intensive training program. The Department of Law held a training session entitled (Ways Of Proof In The Saudi Regime), where the session began on Monday morning, 23.06.1433 H, in the training hall at the Centre of Quality and Skills Development for a period of five hours, which was held in collaboration with Adel legal training Center. Therefore, the training session was lectured by Sheikh Yusuf Al Faraj, the Advisor to the Ministry of Justice, where the training session targeted the seventh and eighth level students because of their close graduation and their need to be briefed on the scientific status as well as the requirements of the labor market, in order to develop their skills and knowledge expertise as well as the coverage of the professional and practical aspects. Thus, the pivots of the session dealt with a number of practical aspects in the courts, as well as to get a practice on some models and training cases, as the participants expressed their admiration and appreciation for the knowledgeable and practical content of the session and the ability of the coach on conducting it and delivering it to the recipient. At the end of the session Dr. Mansour bin Othman Al Dhewaihi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences and Humanities, expressed his thanks to Sheikh Yusuf Al Faraj and handed him a commemorative shield, then everyone joined the banquet, which was prepared for this occasion, to have lunch. Among the attendees was, Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Shafi, Head of the Department of Law, in addition to a number of faculty members, and a group of participating students
