Faculty of Business Administration Holds a Course Entitled Settling International Disputes

 

Faculty of Business Administration Holds a Course Entitled “Settling International Disputes” Faculty of Business Administration in Almajma’ah University conducted a training course entitled “Settling International Disputes” on Tuesday 27/1/1434 from 8:00 in the morning until 1:00 in the afternoon. It was presented by Dr. Najeeb Omar Aloueinat in the hall of Deanship of Quality and Skills Development. The most prominent axes of the course were: distinguishing between legal dispute and and political dispute; studying the different diplomatic methods mentioned in the covenant of United Nations for the sake of ironing out international disputes as well as knowing the role of international Adjudication and International Court of Justice in settling international disputes. One of the purposes is knowing the role of the United Nations in settling international disputes in peaceful manners. It is worth nothing that this course is one of the training courses for graduates of Department of Law in the first semester for the academic year 1433-1434 in Faculty of Business Administration
