Orientation Meeting held by the College for New Students

In response to the directives of the Dean of College of Business Administration, Dr. Waleed Al-Bisher, an orientation meeting was held on Tuesday by the college for new students during the second semester of the academic year 1439/1440 AH.
Dr. Ramzi Al-Zaid, Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs, launched the meeting with a speech advising student to demonstrate high level of dedication and discipline. He mentioned that the college is striving to provide an optimal educational environment conducive to learning.
Then another speech was given by Dr. Abdelrahman Al-Ajaji, Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, who highlighted the services provided by the college and how they can avail themselves of these services.
A talk was given afterwards by Dr. Durayah Hayder about academic advising and its importance in the educational process including the necessity of consulting the academic advisors whenever an obstacle is encountered.
Dr. Salma Al-Jagobi gave a presentation about the add/drop instructions and how to deal with the e-learning system “Blackboard”.
