Main goals: 1- The definition of academic accreditation. 2- The objective of obtaining an academic accreditation. 3- Types of academic accreditation. 4- Main standards of academic accreditation. 5- The key components of the academic accreditation. The workshop has discussed the definition of accreditation and the main objective of acquiring it along with the types and stages of it. Furthermore, the key standards that are set by the National Authority in order to achieve the quality in the programs and institutes were viewed. That was followed by a detailed talk about the main components of such standards.
