The Student Activities Unit at Zulfi College of Education activated the (Book and Library Week) event by taking a group of students to visit the Colleges Complex Library in Zulfi and the Central Library in Majmaah. The students were greeted by the library staff who provided them with a detailed description of the library sections and services, which include hi-tech devices for borrowing and returning books. The library is also equipped with several scanners available for all of its users. Not to mention the electronic indexing system that enables students to inquire about the availability of any book in all university libraries. The staff also explained how to create a user account on the Saudi Digital Library website, which contains an enormous amount of knowledge. Furthermore, it provides the students with an easy access to numerous books, files and papers online that they can use for research purposes, whether they be theoretical or practical. libraries are the first and last resort for researchers and scholars; they’re considered the house of scientific research. And since they contain all kinds of books, research papers and other information sources in all fields of science that are easily accessed and free of charge, all researchers no matter what their fields of study are always resort to them.
