ETHICS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Presenter: Dr. Emad Ibrahim Khalil Mustafa. Title: The Ethics of Scientific Research. Location: College Theater. Date: 7/3/1438 AH. Target Group: Students and Faculty members. Objectives: On completion of training the trainees will be able to: - Recognize the ethics and values of scientific research. - Recognize the Ethics of scientific Scholars. - Apply research methodologies without violating ethics. - Recognize the social responsibility of a scientific researcher. - Adhering to the morality of scientific research in a positive way. In collaboration with the Training Unit at the college, the Department of Islamic Studies held a training session titled "The Ethics of Scientific Research" in Zulfi Colleges Complex Theater. Dr. Emad Ibrahim Khalil Mustafa, an associate professor and the Head of the Quality Unit at the department, presented the session, in which he explained the concept of scientific research and described its ethics. Moreover, the session was presented as part of the Training Unit’s action plan, and was attended by the Head of the Quality Center, Dr. Abdulhakim Radwan, the Supervisor of the Training Unit, Dr. Yaser Jibril, and a number of faculty members and students. At the end of the session everyone praised the event and recommended further sessions that foster constructive thinking toward scientific research among teachers and students alike.
