A Training Session

The Quality and Skills Development Vice-Dean's Office, represented by the Training and Development Unit at the College of Education in Zulfi, held a training session on the theme "How to fill in Job performance Forms" in the Quality Hall.
Dr. Abdul Hakim Radwan Saeed, Associate Professor at the Educational Sciences Department presented the session, which addressed the essentials of performance management with models of performance cycles and the employee assessment.
The session also covered the following topics:
1. The concept of supervisory jobs
2. Scope of the functional measurement criterion
3 - Job performance evaluation
4 - The difference between goals, routines and the relative weight
5. Review of performance cycle models.

The Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Dhafer Al-Qarni, thanked the trainer and the audience and encouraged them to take advantage of this course in evaluating job performance.
