WORKSHOP ON THE BASICS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
Presenter: Dr. Nawal Al-Dosoki. Title: The Basics of Scientific Research. Location: Annexed Building. Date: Thursday, 10/02/1438 AH, from 10:30-11:00 am. Target group: female students. Objectives: 1- To define scientific research. 2- To identify the characteristics of scientific researchers. 3- To describe the steps of scientific research. 4- To describe the benefits of scientific research. 5- To identify the goals of scientific research. In collaboration with the Academic Counseling Unit, the Academic Accreditation Unit at the college held a workshop on the basics of scientific research. Dr. Nawal Al-Dosoki presented the workshop, in which she explained the concept of academic research and its goals, as well as the characteristics of academic researchers. She also described the benefits that scientific research can yield for individuals and the nation. Finally, she explained the steps of scientific research starting from choosing a topic and gathering the material to research completion.
