The Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education held a Consultation Meeting about the First Forum of Outstanding experiences of Saudi Charities
Aiming to achieve quality standards in its programs and strengthening cooperation with local community institutions, a consultation meeting was held to make a general assessment of the first forum of the outstanding experiences of Saudi Charities. It took place in the College of AlMujamaa, specifically in the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education and with the presence of both the Dean and the Chancellor of the Community Service. It was held on 11/02/1434 Hijra. The session was attended by representatives of the charities in the region. They came out with a number of recommendations including:
1. The establishment of an executive and scientific council including managers of the charities and deanship officials.
2. The involvement of specialists as members of jury.
3. The focus on social networking sites to invite the largest member of people interested in this domain.
4. The call for a future consultation meeting to discuss the permanent partnership between the college and the charities.
At the end of the session, his Excellency the Dean of Community Service was happy for holding this meeting and optimist of the outstanding recommendations that emerged. He pointed out the importance of communication and cooperation between the college and the charitable organizations aiming to serve the interests of the country and the citizens. He also thanked his Excellency the rector for his unlimited support of the deanship activities and programs.
