DEANSHIP OF COMMUNITY SERVICE CONDUCTS A FINANCIAL AWARENESS PROGRAM FOR 50 STUDENTS OF PUBLIC EDUCATION

In line with the directives of MU to cooperate with local community administrations and institutions, the Deanship of Community Service and Continues Education conducted a program entitled “Future Pioneers of Financial Awareness” for public students between 8 to 12 years old. The program aims to enhance the concepts and principles of financial awareness among students and inculcate financial values into students. The program also intends to develop their financial skills and equip them with the financial knowledge to enable them in organizing and managing their future financial affairs as well as avoiding failure in their projects. The Vice-Dean for Community Programs, Dr. Adel Al-Turki, commended the cooperation with the Department of Education under the leadership of Dr. Saleh Al-Rabia. The Dean of Community Service, Dr. Omar Al-Sharyofi extended his thanks to the team assigned to run this program and to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren and the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari for supporting and patronizing the activities and programs held by the deanship of community service.
