THE DEANSHIP OF QUALITY AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT HOLDS ITS 3RD SEMINAR TITLED “ LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TRIANGLE”

Under the auspices of His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren, the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development held its 3rd annual seminar titled “ Leadership and Development Skills Triangle” at the auditorium of the main campus. The seminar begun by a beautiful recitation followed by a speech for the Dean of Quality and Skills Development Dr. Khalid Al-Jarallah who extended his thanks to the Rector for his kind patronage of this event. He also welcomed Dr. Ayub Khalid Al-Ayub, training expert as well as their excellency vice-rectors, deans, head of academic departments and students for their presence. He noted that the underlying purpose of holding such seminars is to promote the culture of quality in the university. After that, the lecture started by Dr. Ayub who talked about an introduction of skills triangle and the importance of its applications in the field of development. He also talked about the three skills needed for any official to run a project successfully. The concept of development was also explained which is a constant process that has no limit.
