Within the framework of the executive plan 1439/40 set by the Dean’s Office for Quality and Skills Development to evaluate the performance of the university units and highlight their strengths and weakness, a series of visits were paid by the Dean’s Office to most departments, except newly established ones. The aim of these visits are to :
- Evaluate on regular basis the university performance
- Apply good performance criteria
- Draw comparison between the departments performance
- Exchange experience and create a sense of competition
- Achieve quality and institutional accreditation requirements
- Meet ISO requirements
- Document works by collecting evidences
