Deanship of Student Affairs Holds a Course in the Protection Skills of Behavioral and Intellectual Deviations

As Deanship of Student Affairs is very keen to present programs that reinforce the ethical noble values and achieve loyalty and belonging to religion and nation, the Deanship held a training course in the protection skills of intellectual and behavioral deviations delivered by his Excellency Dr. Sa'ad Alhajhouj. The course discussed the reasons behind behavioral and intellectual deviations. According to the presenter, there are various types of reasons such as religious, social or psychological. He asserted that the media plays a key role in this matter and it is one of the main reasons of intellectual deviations. He also indicated that these deviations happen due to friendship that leads to life destruction and addiction to drugs. Then, he moved to the skills through which a youth can protect himself from deviations.

The majority of participating students expressed thei impression and happiness with this course as they benefited a lot and they asked for this course to be given to those who were absent. His Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi offered his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Sa'ad Alhajhouj for this effective participation with the Deanship that achieved the principles of partnership between teaching staff and the Deanship. Dr. Alghemeizi urged all the university teaching staff to present some programs and projects that contribute to elevating university students. Dr. Alghemeizi indicated that his Excellency the University Rector Dr. KHaled Sa'ad Almuqrin's directions always give first priority to students in all university programs and the teaching staff are the effective element in these programs.
