The Center for Disability Care at the Deanship of Student Affairs organized a program in celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025 under the patronage of Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
15 units showcased various programs and services designed to support and empower students within the university environment.
The event also included individual and group guidance sessions for students, focusing on their academic pathways, career planning, and skills that enhance their readiness for the future. Students with disabilities shared their experiences and academic journeys, highlighting key challenges they faced and the opportunities that contributed to their development and empowerment.
This program reflects the University’s ongoing efforts to enhance the role of students with disabilities and to create an inclusive and motivating educational environment that ensures their active participation in academic and community activities, promoting quality, empowerment, and equal opportunities for all students.
