مركز رعاية المستفيدين يرتبط إدارياً بمكتب معالي رئيس الجامعة ويعنى المركز بالرد والتجاوب مع جميع الاستفسارات والطلبات والشكاوى الواردة للجامعة من خلال وسائل وقنوات الاتصال والتواصل الإلكترونية المتوفرة بالمركز على مدار الساعة ولكافة شرائح المستفيدين من داخل الجامعة وخارجها.

The Customer Care Center is administratively linked to MU rector’s Office and is responsible of handling inquires, requests and complaints received from customers via all available communication channels around the clock.
