The Recruiting of Outstanding Students Abroad Program (Istiqtab) at Majmaah University which recruits students sponsored by King Abdullah Scholarship Program is primarily concerned with searching for outstanding students all over the world and recommending them to the colleges and specialized academic departments via a recommendation letter after their documents being carefully reviewed to provide the university with highly competent and qualified human resources.

The interviews are conducted by the visiting team of the program during the participation in activities like the day of profession organized by the cultural attachés all over the world. The interviews are scheduled and conducted by a delegation from the university after the completion of e-registration and meeting the requirements of the interview. The program contacts with the respected colleges and facilitate the procedure of communication between the applicant and the academic department, either a personal interview or via the internet.
