Administration's general goal

General goal:

Improving the level of university performance through qualifying and developing its procedural systems and organizational structures.

Organizational connection:

It is linked to the vice-rector's Office 

Tasks:

1 - Supervise the organizational units and coordinate among them to achieve the general goal.

2- Supervising the implementation of approved regulations at work and submitting suggestions for their improvement. 

Vision & Mission

Vision:

To excel in setting the administrative policies, plans and systems that will ultimately achieve the university administrative development via applying the concept of comprehensive administrative development.      

 

Mission of the Department:

To conduct developmental studies and prepare comprehensive statistics that will contribute with substance and value in the development of the administrative performance in accordance with the future changes.

An Introduction about the Department

The Department is primarily concerned about the works related to planning, administrative development and training at the university. Among its tasks are to follow-up the executive plans of deanships and administrations as well as reviewing the regulations and preparing performance reports on the due time via the certified performance indicators. It also intends to propose the training programs and plans that suit the staff for developing their skills in various fields.
