Complete and sign the location handover form with the necessary data.
2. Handing over locations to the Facilities Administration in case of no longer needing them.

Fill out the location handover form from the handing-over party to the Facilities Administration.

Sign the location handover form and hand over the keys to the Facilities Administration.
3. Supervising the distribution of halls and offices based on actual needs.

Review the request submitted by the benefiting party.

Allocate the location to the party based on need, documented in a report.

Specify in the report the handing-over party and the receiving party.

If the location is not utilized within 30 days, the management has the right to reclaim it.
