Procedure Details:

  1. Access the CMS

  2. Submit a letter to the Facilities and Housing Administration

  3. Identify the desired location 

  4. Complete and sign the location handover form with the necessary data.


2. Handing over locations to the Facilities Administration in case of no longer needing them.

Procedure Details:

  1. Submit a request to the Facilities Administration in case of no longer needing the location.

  2. Fill out the location handover form from the handing-over party to the Facilities Administration.

  3. Sign the location handover form and hand over the keys to the Facilities Administration.
