To preserve and utilize the university's assets in a manner that benefits the university and its affiliates.

Main Procedures:

Safeguard and secure deeds and plans related to the university's lands.

Update deeds at the notary offices and issue them.

Maintain records of the university's properties and assets.

Preserve property coordinates and verify them with municipalities.

Safeguard building permits.

Obtain the national address for the university's properties.

Document the university's lands and buildings through photography.

Implementation Steps:

1. Safeguard and Secure Deeds and Plans Related to the University's Lands

Procedure Details:

Sort and create paper classifications for deeds and plans.

Take a copy of each deed.

Store deeds and plans in appropriate classifications.

File them in suitable folders in a secure location.

2. Update Deeds at the Notary Offices and Issue Them

Procedure Details:

Sort deeds that require updating.

Contact the relevant Ministry of Justice branch within the administrative jurisdiction of the property.

Follow up on the transaction until the update is issued.

Take a certified copy of the deed, store it, and send the original to the State Properties Authority.

Create paper and digital classifications.

Store them in the appropriate classification.

7. Document the University's Lands and Buildings Through Photography

Procedure Details:

Photograph the land.

Create digital classifications for each property.

Store the photographs in the appropriate classification.
