- Participate in every group work held at (Vice-Rector's Office - College - Deanship - Administration) and cooperate with all units of the university for the public interest.
- Participate in courses and forums that improve the staff skills in the field of public relations and organizing events.
- Creating a culture of quality and excellence at (Vice-Rector's Office - College - Deanship - Administration) in the field of public relations.
- Supervise the organization of celebrations and various events at the Vice-Rector's Office - College - Deanship and inform the Public Relations and Conferences Department of the events that needed to be organized.
- Monitor the general appearance of the (Vice-Rector's Office - College - Deanship - Administration), including billboards and posters.
- Receive visitors and delegations, and introduce them to (Vice-Rector's Office - College - Deanship- Administration).
- Facilitate the completion of elderly issues and promote the culture of good behavior.
- Coordinate with the General Administration of Relations and Conferences in media publications.
- Coordinate with the General Administration of Relations and Conferences in the participation of (Vice-Rector's Office - College - Deanship - Administration) in events, celebrations or any activities held outside the university.
- Participate in organizing committees for celebrations, conferences and events held at the university level.
- Sending proposals and feedback that may improve the quality of organizing celebrations and public events within the university.
- Suggesting entertainment programs that create a family atmosphere and an ideal work environment for staff.
- Prepare a report on the college that includes scientific, administrative and technical information, and update it continuously.
- Supervise the applications submitted through the electronic forms of the General Administration of Relations and Conferences.
- Follow up the issuance of personal identification cards for the staff
- Follow-up procedures for receiving new faculty members.
- Follow up the procedures of requesting an appropriate organization.
- Follow up on the request to send a group message via (SMS) service.
- Communicate continuously with the Administration of Relations and Conferences for the benefit of the public interest.
