Tasks:
- Set up policies for excellence in teaching and learning at the college in light of the university’s general policies and strategies.
- Set plans on how to develop faculty members' skills at the college by holding seminars and workshops in teaching and learning engage them in conferences and seminars locally, regionally and globally in coordination with the vice-dean's for educational affairs.
- Set policies to follow an effective or interactive teaching method and improve students' skills of critical thinking, problems solving, and using communication and information technology skills.
- Develop mechanisms (e.g. curricular activities and student support programs) to improve the performance of academic counseling which will develop students’ leadership and personal skills.
- Set plans to follow up on the evaluation of students in field training.
- Provide the college's libraries and classrooms with state-of-the-art educational tools .
