MU participated for the second time in the activities of the Listen to Me 5 initiative for the deaf and hard of hearing, which is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh and under the direct supervision of Her Highness Princess Tahani bint Abdulaziz bin Abdul Mohsen Al Saud.

This is part of the activities of the Arab Deaf Week in its 47th session which is held this year under the title: (Inclusion of sign language in education curricula at all levels).

 

 

The initiative included lectures that lasted for three days along with an exhibition and multiple pavilions. More than 35 government and private entities from the deaf and hard of hearing participated.

This event was attended by a large number of visitors. MU's Services Center for People with Special Needs at Social Responsibility Observatory participated in this event through a pavilion to introduce the services provided by the university to the deaf and hard of hearing.
