The Social Responsibility Observatory conducts a course entitled: Creativity and Administrative Development

The Social Responsibility Observatory, conducted in cooperation with the Cifal Center, a 3-day course entitled: "Creativity and Administrative Innovation".

The course was presented by Dr. Duaa Al-Hazmi, the supervisor of the Family and Childhood Center at the Social Responsibility Observatory, and targeted administrators and leaders at the university with the aim of developing their creative skills and enhancing their capabilities in a changing administrative environment.

The course explained creativity and administrative innovation, encouraging leaders to adopt out-of-the-box thinking methodologies to face challenges and find innovative solutions that contribute to the development of the university. The course also emphasized the importance of creative thinking as a basic skill for leaders and leading positive change inside and outside the university.

The participants in the course expressed their appreciation for the value provided by such training programs.
