The Social Responsibility Observatory, represented by the Community Service Department, held, in cooperation with the College of Business Administration, a workshop entitled (Innovation to Develop Performance).
The workshop was presented by Dr. Misha'al Al-Ahmadi, Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration, and addressed different topics including an introduction to innovation and how to link innovation to the vision and goals of the institution. The workshop also addressed innovative thinking skills and strategies for developing performance through innovation. The presenter also highlighted in the workshop the most important factors for the success of innovation in institutions and the culture of creative work, and concluded her talk about measuring the impact of innovation on performance.
