The Social Responsibility Observatory holds a workshop on Budget Planning

The Social Responsibility Observatory, represented by the Community Service Administration and in collaboration with the College of Business Administration, held a workshop titled "Budget Planning." The workshop was presented by Dr. Majed Al-Baz, Assistant Professor in the Accounting Department at the College of Business Administration.

During the workshop, Dr. Al-Baz presented key topics including:

• An introduction to budgeting and its importance in accounting

• The components of a company’s balance sheet

• How to analyze the balance sheet for decision-making purposes

• Common challenges and best practices in building effective budgets

This workshop is part of a series of initiatives by the Social Responsibility Observatory aimed at community engagement and promoting the role of social responsibility.
