As part of the Office of the Dean of Community Service and Continues Education’s plan for the academic year 1439/1440 AH to serve the community in the provinces located within the geographical area of the University, the Women's Community Training Center in Majmaah conducted a training program on first-aid.
The program, which was held in collaboration with Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Majmaah province as part of Prince Naif Program for First-aid, was presented by the trainers: Wasmya Al Sadi and Sharifah Al Rashedi.
Attended by 32 trainees, several theoretical and practical activities were organized to promote and develop the public's skills of first-aid.
The Vice- Dean of Community Service at the female campus, Dr. Maha Ibrahim bint Kaltham, emphasized that this program came in line with the objectives of the Office of the Dean to serve the community. Paramedic Cards were given to those who pass the program; a step that added value to the event.
The Director of the Center Ms. Khulod Al Rashidi handed First aid kits which was presented by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
The attendees extended their thanks and appreciation to the Dean of Community Service Dr. Omar bin Musaed Al Sharyofi for sponsoring the program.
