Deanship of Student Affairs Participates in Training Workshops in Qatar

Based on the University Rector Dr. Khalid Saad Almuqrin's approval for the university to participate in the International Tournament that is organized by Qatar Debates Center, his Excellency chairman of Arabic Language Department in Faculty of Education in Alzufi Dr. Fahad Saleh Al-melhem attended the training workshops pertaining to training and arbitration for debates in Arabic language that was organized by Qatar Debates Center in Doha from November 25th to 27th, 2012.

This training session qualifies participants for training their students who wish to participate in the Second International Tournament for universities debates from 21st April to 24th, 2013 in Doha. Moreover, this training program aims to enrich participants' knowledge and enhance their skills that enable them to train their students and prepare them properly after completing this program.

These competitions come in the context of the efforts exerted by Qatar Debates Center to communicate with the Arab societies and open new horizons for dissemination of debates culture through offering training workshops.

Dr. Fahad will offer a course in training students how to develop debates. Afterwards, a nomination process for outstanding students will take place to participate in the tournament.

 Deanship of Student Affairs urged all students who have the qualifications and the ability to represent the university to quickly register their names by all means provided by the deanship.
